Zoho HR Application Implementer and Trainer

We are looking for a dedicated Zoho HR Application Implementer and Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless implementation of Zoho HR solutions and providing comprehensive training to clients. This role requires a strong background in human resources management systems, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Zoho HR modules. The candidate will ensure that clients maximize the benefits of Zoho HR software through effective implementation, customization, and training.


1. Implementation and Customization:
  • Assess client HR needs and configure Zoho HR modules to meet specific requirements.
  • Customize Zoho HR workflows, forms, and reports to align with client processes.
  • Facilitate data migration from existing HR systems to Zoho HR.
  • Integrate Zoho HR with other business applications as required.
2. Training and Support:
  • Develop and conduct training programs for clients on Zoho HR features and functionalities.
  • Create user manuals, training guides, and other support documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues for clients.
  • Offer refresher training sessions and updates on new Zoho HR features and best practices.
3. Project Management:
  • Lead and manage implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise during implementation.
4. Consulting and Advisory:
  • Advise clients on best practices for using Zoho HR to enhance their HR processes.
  • Conduct business process analysis and recommend optimizations for increased efficiency.
  • Stay current with updates and new features in Zoho HR and related technologies.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings continually.


  • 2+ Years


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and training on Zoho HR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and human resources management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must Have

  • Proficiency in Zoho HR modules such as Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
