This module easily moves information, attachment, etc of the ticket to the task, Task is very useful in the case where you have multiple users who going to manage different actions based on tickets raised by customers.

    for example. the customer has raised a ticket and there is 3 responsible person who needs to perform some action on basis of complaint than you can easily divide complain amount 3 responsible persons.

    This module depends on our base module "Helpdesk". The helpdesk has many features of support management.

      • 2) Easy to create tasks directly from the support ticket.
      • 3) Easy to assign tasks to support staff from the ticket.
      • 4) Manager can assign tasks to multiple people at the same time.
