06. Marketplace Team & Zoho Department

This year, the Marketplace and Zoho Team excelled in expanding their app offerings and enhancing customer support, driving growth across both platforms:

Odoo

  • Published 130 apps, including key systems.
  • Improved helpdesk support with a dedicated team and faster migration progress.
  • Enabled module downloads and support tickets via the customer portal.
  • Won the Best Team of the Year award.

Zoho

  • 6 apps were published on the Zoho Store, with 17 more in progress.

A hilarious session where team members guessed the identities of their colleagues based on exaggerated and humorous sketches. Laughter filled the room as everyone tried to identify the faces behind the caricatures.

This classic activity saw team members share lighthearted, anonymous messages or humorous observations about their peers. It was a perfect mix of humor and camaraderie, adding a special touch to the day.
