Odoo 17 to Odoo 19 Migration
- Migrated the existing Odoo 17 setup, including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Manufacturing, Project, and Inventory, to Odoo 19, so that Synapticon could start using the latest version.
CRM Customisation Migration
- Migrated the extensive CRM customisation to Odoo 19, so that the CRM continued to work as the business expected.
Odoo Studio Customisation Recovery
- The migration script deactivated the Studio views, which made the Studio customisation the biggest challenge of the project. The team worked through the customisations one by one and reactivated all of the Studio customisations in Odoo 19.
Weekend Live Migration
- Completed the final live migration within a very short period of 24-hour downtime over a weekend, without disturbing regular work.
