The ideal candidate should have experience identifying potential clients, writing effective proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities. The role also requires close coordination with the technical team to deliver accurate project solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.
- Search and analyze project requirements and submit high-quality proposals and bids.
- Communicate with international clients through chat, calls, and emails to understand project needs.
- Coordinate with technical and project management teams to prepare accurate project proposals and cost estimates.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Manage client communication during the pre-sales process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and opportunities in CRM or internal systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience
