Responsibilities
- Drive sales of ERP solutions and related IT services to SMEs and enterprises.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful deals.
- Understand client requirements and demonstrate suitable ERP features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the functional and technical team to align proposals with customer needs.
- Conducted product demos, prepared quotations, and supported negotiations to closure.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Participate in marketing activities, events, and campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends in the Maldives.
Experience
- 2+ Year (Priority to candidates with ERP sales experience)
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Must Have
- Arabic Language is Mandatory.
- Must be based locally in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
- Basic understanding of business processes like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, and HR.
- Willingness to travel within the Maldives for client meetings and presentations.
