Key Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities


  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business needs and align ERP solutions to meet their goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirement gathering to successful ERP implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Stay in regular touch with clients to maintain strong relationships, address concerns proactively, and identify new opportunities.
  • Upsell additional modules, services, or solutions based on client needs and business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, development, and support) to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Track account performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct client reviews, training sessions, and ensure high user adoption of ERP solutions.
  • Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to management.



Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Coordination roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (implementation, configuration, or support).
  • Experience managing multiple clients and handling project delivery timelines

Must Have


  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and project lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Rajkot.
