We specialize in Odoo ERP implementation and seek a dynamic professional with proven experience in ERP sales, client management, and project engagement.
Note: Only Odoo experience candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Odoo ERP solutions and related IT services to SMEs and large enterprises.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful deals.
- Understand client requirements and showcase Odoo ERP features and business benefits.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align proposals with customer needs.
- Conduct Odoo ERP product demos, prepare quotations, and support negotiations until closure.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, leads, and pipeline tracking in CRM tools.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to boost Odoo ERP adoption.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, ERP trends, and market insights within the Indian market (Mumbai, Pune focus).
Experience
- 3+ Year (Priority to candidates with ERP sales experience)
- Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in IT/software or ERP implementation.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Must Have
- Hands-on Odoo ERP sales/implementation experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking ability.
- Good understanding of core business processes: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
