Responsibilities
- Business Consulting & Strategy
- Understand client business models, operational workflows, and industry challenges.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using ERP and digital technologies.
- Provide strategic consulting to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
- ERP Consulting & Implementation
- Lead functional consulting for ERP implementations, preferably Odoo or similar ERP platforms.
- Prepare key project documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Solution Design Documents.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate system implementation based on business requirements.
- Conduct system demonstrations, user training sessions, and solution validation with clients.
- Client Engagement
- Act as the primary consultant and point of contact for key client accounts.
- Manage client expectations, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide advisory support to clients during their digital transformation journey.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Design optimized business workflows and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven improvements.
- Maintain clear documentation of project scope, deliverables, and change requests.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in business consulting, ERP consulting, or management consulting roles.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation projects.
- Strong experience working with stakeholders and managing consulting engagements.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution business processes is preferred.
Must Have
- Strong business process analysis and consulting skills.
- Experience in ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
