Project Coordinator

 We are an Odoo Partner looking for a Project Coordinator to support our PMO and Functional Project teams across multiple Odoo ERP implementation projects. The role focuses on project coordination, tracking, documentation, and adherence to defined processes and SOPs. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Sales, Development, and Support teams to ensure smooth project execution and lifecycle management.


This role does not own project delivery, scope, or client commitments but plays a critical support role in ensuring projects run efficiently and compliantly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales-to-project handover and validate scope, estimates, and project documentation
  • Engage in international business development and client acquisition activities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
  • Perform online and offline bidding activities on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct market research to analyse competitors, trends, and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client interactions, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Support team-building activities and contribute to a positive work culture.

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Project management or ERP-related certifications are an added advantage  

Experience


  • 2–4 years of experience in IT services, ERP, or Odoo implementation environments  
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a project-based setup 
  • Prior exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle is required 
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects is a plus

Must Have


  • Must Have good communication skills
  • Understanding of ERP implementation processes (Initiation, Design, UAT, Go-Live, Support)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Odoo ERP, preferably the Odoo Project module
  • Ability to track tasks, milestones, and dependencies systematically
  • Proficiency in tools like Odoo, Excel, Google Workspace / MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence mindset  
  • Experience with Change Request management
