The Senior Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee the complete financial health of our Togolese operations. This role is responsible for ensuring rigorous compliance with OHADA accounting standards, managing local tax requirements, and providing the leadership team with actionable financial insights to drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with SYSCOHADA and Group standards.
- Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure timely completion of the annual statutory audit.
- Ensure full compliance with Togolese tax laws (VAT, Corporate Tax, WHT) and social security filings (CNSS).
- Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, providing detailed variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow patterns and oversee liquidity management to ensure operational stability.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Manage local banking relationships and optimize trade finance facilities.
- Mentor and develop a local finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and integrity.
- Interface with the OTR (Office Togolais des Recettes) for tax audits and regulatory inquiries.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or DECOFI (Expertise Comptable) is highly preferred.
Experience
- 5+ Year
Must Have
- Deep familiarity with the OHADA Revised Uniform Act on Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Proven experience in the Togolese regulatory and tax environment.
- Proficiency in Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a finance department.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
