A Business Development Executive (BDE) – Trainee is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting international business growth. This role involves market research, client communication, bidding activities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new business leads for ERP software, website development, PHP & Open Source solutions, and mobile application development.
- Engage in international business development and client acquisition activities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Perform online and offline bidding activities on relevant platforms.
- Conduct market research to analyse competitors, trends, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Support team-building activities and contribute to a positive work culture.
