Our celebration started with something simple yet meaningful. Every handwritten note on the memory wall reflected a story, a memory, or a feeling that made Softhealer more than just a workplace. It became a wall full of emotions, laughter, and appreciation. Each message showed how deeply people connect with the journey here. It was a beautiful way to begin the day and reminded us of the bond we share as a team.
Q2 Goal Meeting & Milestones
Before the celebrations kicked off, we began the day with our Q2 Goal Meeting, reflecting on our progress, celebrating achievements, and aligning on what’s next. It was a great moment to look at how far we have come as a team. We also discussed the goals ahead and the steps needed to keep moving forward. The meeting set the right tone for the day and reminded us that every celebration starts with strong teamwork and clear direction.
A Journey Worth Celebrating: From 2015 to Today
One of the most memorable moments of the celebration was looking back at how far we've come. The anniversary video took everyone through Softhealer's journey from its early days to the milestones that define who we are today. Team members took the stage to share their own experiences, stories, and moments that made their time at Softhealer truly special. Together, these reflections reminded us that every milestone is built by the people behind it.
